Science on Tap — Kinesiology at Barnaby's, March 17

On St. Patrick's Day, March 17, West Chester University's Science on Tap series returns to Barnaby's Restaurant at 6 PM. A WCU kinesiology professor will share current research on human movement, balance, and injury prevention.

Kinesiology is the science of how our bodies move — and how that changes as we age. Balance and grip strength are two of the biggest factors in fall prevention for older adults. It's exactly why grab bars exist: to give your body a stable handhold when balance isn't what it used to be.
